The warranty on watch repairs applies to work carried out by authorised laboratories and has a duration established according to the type of intervention performed. We offer a warranty of up to 24 months, following the brand’s guidelines, which covers proper mechanical operation and replaced parts. Full terms and conditions are provided at the time of redelivery.
The warranty starts from the date of completion of the service, which is communicated to the customer, and does not extend to wear and tear, accidental damage, or non-compliant use.
